I need Task, Note, Priority, Ststus, Created by, Assignee, Start date and time, End date and time, Duration in days and time. And a dashboard to see an overview.

Apparently, i found this ticketing system fitting perfectly to my needs but i am stuck in the last 2 columns. End date and Duration(days and time).
End date time must come automatically when status change to complete.
Duration must come show difference between created date+time and end date+time. how can i solve this? please help. Thanks in advance.😊
