I can't log in

Hello,

I just created an account. Upon logging with a link I received from a client, the website asks me a code it sends to my email.

The email says that no account is created with the email.
So I retried creating an account, but then it says an account already exists with my email..

Basically.. I can't do anything.

Is there a workaround?

Let me rephrase: I can log in with the button on the website unlogged main page.

What I can't do is connect when using my client link.

Edit: turns out my account is on .eu while my client's link is on .com.
When I change the .com to .eu, it actually allows me to ask for access.

Let's hope this is my client's project :)

The thing is: I'm not sure this actually helped because my client gave me another ".com" link and it worked right away, so maybe it was just a bad link they gave me the first time :/

I will add "Answer" but.. it might not be the solution
