New True-Up page improvements are live!

Hey Smartsheet Community!

We've enhanced the true-up experience to give System Admins greater clarity, confidence, and control over seat management with the following improvements:

1. Timeline transparency: Clearer visibility into the true-up schedule, so that System Admins know exactly when to review billable seats and when charges will occur.
   
2. Make informed decisions: See your complete paid seat picture in one place. Instantly know which Member seats are used, which are available, and which need review so you can manage your org’s access with confidence.
   
3. Eliminate billing surprises: We’ll no longer default the true-up page to show only Provisional Members, as this can hide users who need reconciliation. Instead, all billable users will be shown by default for better visibility.

I'm confused, we are approaching our first reconciliation and we are still getting a reminder that it is "paused until further notice" and a letter from Mark stating it will be paused until June at the earliest (NOW mid September). My concern is the Auto pay date is not paused and still counting down.

Should our accounts team be expecting a payment or not, our Smartsheet account team are decidedly silent leading up to this period, which is very unhelpful.
