Feedback on Guest Editing and Dynamic View — Smartsheet — Angry User

Hello Smartsheet Team,

Before my subscription renewal, I want to be direct: if guest users cannot edit at least 5 sheets and use Dynamic View, we will fully switch to Google Sheets.

Over the past two months, I’ve reviewed alternatives and have already begun migrating our CRM — a process that will continue regardless of how long discussions linger in the CEO offices. After 3.5 years with Smartsheet, the product now offers no meaningful advantage for a small studio like ours, while remaining disproportionately expensive.

I wish you success in improving the platform and attracting new users, but under current conditions, continuing our subscription is no longer justifiable.

Hi,

I hope you're well and safe!

External users (on a different company domain) can edit without a license.

All users can edit a Dynamic View without a license.

Anyone who needs to be able to do more than view internally has to have a license (except for Forms, Requests, and Dynamic Views).

Make sense?

Use Emails in Text/Number field in an Automation?
On a form, I have a field set to "Text/Number" as the "Field Type" with "Validation" → "Email" selected for that field. Edit recurring report email
I set up a report to get emailed to a few people once a month. I would like to edit who is receiving this report, but I can't find the report schedule. I found a few posts about this but clicking on File—>Send as Attachment just allows me to set up a new schedule. Can anyone help?
