It is highly inefficient to only be able to find items that are currently visible on the screen within a growing Smartsheet tracker.
The current behavior of the Ctrl + F function is inconsistent with how it operates in other Microsoft and Google products, which typically allow for a comprehensive search across the entire document or sheet. Furthermore, having to create a new filter for every search request significantly hinders efficiency. An enhancement to the find feature would greatly improve the user experience and overall efficiency for everyone. I sincerely hope that Smartsheet has plans to upgrade this functionality as soon as possible.
