Recently SmartSheet removed the Workspace Sharing Report as a viable option to audit workspaces and sheet shares. This impacts our auditing process heavily as it would now require an auditor to or Workspace owner to manually check each and ever entities file sharing tab to assure no one inappropriately shared out permissions in collaborative environments for the workspaces.
This created a challenge with audits. Now responsibility has fallen to the SysAdmins to generate sheet level sharing reports and those then have to be sorted, taking more time to do a proximate job of what is needed. No one wins. We need a solution for what went away please.
