Sorry, Disregard my question below. I found the culprit. My dropdown columns were restricted. once I removed the restriction, my data sync'd! :)
btw, how do I delete a post I created? I looked to delete my post since I resolved my issue, and could not find a a way to delete it.

I am using data shuttle to pull data from excel (.xlsx format) to a sheet. See attached excel sheet, it lists the columns i have on each sheet. The source sheet does have 16 tabs, of which I indicate tab #14, first row as #1. I am merging data. I mapped out the 9 columns from the source sheet to the target sheet. see screenshot of mapping. below.
below is the error I received. I tried a test/blank sheet with the same columns and it maps great. It only occurs when i map it to my live sheet that is populated, has dropdown menus, conditional formatting, formulas, and no rows are locked.
I've changed the column names, changed the start row number, not mapped a column, there are no duplicate column names. thank you for your time and help.
