Hello everyone,
We are facing an issue with our EntraID tenant, which currently has 10 domains associated with it. After migrating from Okta SSO to EntraID SSO, we encountered a problem where users who sign in with an email alias (different from the primary tenant domain) are unable to authenticate via Microsoft 365 applications using SSO.
Due to business requirements, we must retain all existing email aliases across domains. Has anyone experienced a similar situation, and is there a known solution or recommended approach to resolve this?
