Because I am the categorized as admin I get all of the notifications and access requests for the Smartsheet. The system was not set up like this in 2024. Getting so many requests and notifications is distracting from the notifications that actually are important. It dilutes what is a priority vs. what is not. It also puts key Smartsheet at risk, if someone accidently grants access to a person that unintentionally deletes or disrupts information this could have profound detrimental cascading effects.
