How are you managing agendas and meeting notes? Ran into character limit on dashboard

We've been using the dashboard feature leveraging the rich text widget to post our weekly meeting agendas and then follow-up notes. It's been great since we can live collaborate with the client on these and it doesn't have to be a separate word or one note document.

We tried do a sheet and it just doesn't look nice for client interaction purposes.

How are you getting around not having a notes feature in Smartsheet. I would prefer one tool.

@Daniella Canada Not super helpful as I know you want 1 tool. What we started to do was we created a sheet with a date field and then in word we add the attachment to the line item. We put that in a report on the dashboard, click on the report and open it up then from the attachments side we preview on the screen live so that you don't have to download the link.
We also use a weekly status change tracker sheet. This is high level overview of things such as questions to be answered (follow ups), decisions to be made, recognitions etc. This can be submitted from a form link right on the project dashboard.

Thanks, we've tried similar things but not what our customers were looking for! The search continues.
