We have just released a solution "Mastering USM" which was 6 months in development, it is available globally at no cost. Mastering USM is designed to provide a resource unmatched in depth and accuracy for managing the use of Smartsheet in all commercial (US, EU, AU) plans using the User Subscription Model (USM).
The goal of Mastering USM is "Operational Certainty" - a reference that individuals can utilize to guide and monitor the use of Smartsheet with precision in terms of end user licensing.
The solution took much longer than anticipated due to the complexity of the USM model. Customized Quality Assurance testing and documentation was required to validate hundreds of scenarios spanning over a dozen core functions.
