Bridge: Updating Dropdowns - "You are not authorized to perform this action." ERROR

Hi there!

I am attempting to create my 2nd Bridge workflow, so still learning… I'm working on the Updating Dropdown workflow detailed in this article:

I've got everything setup, but getting an error once it gets to the last step of "Smartsheet: Update Column". At this point, it just throws an error:

Everything before appears to work correctly. The Source sheet is retrieved and the Array is filled with all the values, as expected.

I am taking my dropdown values from a separate Source Smartsheet, and trying to update in my Target Smartsheet. Here are the relevant module configs:

Please let me know if you need any additional info or screenshots. Any help is appreciated.

@twarner Bridge integrations authenticate at a Workspace level. If someone else that has lower permissions in the Sheet has authenticated the Smartsheet Integration, it could result in this error despite you being the Sheet Owner.
You may want to re-authenticate once again the integration with your account (or an account with Admin+ permissions): https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2481970-bridge-smartsheet-integration-overview

If someone else creates a Workflow in the same Bridge Workspace, or you're creating Workflows in someone else's Workspace, this could result in permission issues every time the integration gets re-authenticated.

For best practice, make sure each user has their own Bridge Workspace.

My initial thought is, are you shared as an Admin on the Target sheet that has the dropdown you are updating? Because that sounds like a permissions error to me.

I've also got a vide on using Bridge to update dropdowns, if that helps you any.

Hi Darren - I actually watched your video on this! I am the Owner of both the source and target sheets.

Thank you, Jostin. As a new Bridge user, we were unaware of the Bridge Workspace concept and were just stepping on each other's toes in the same Workspace. Once I created a new Bridge Workspace and re-authenticated the Smartsheet Integration in MY workspace, all was well.
