Create a best practices badge for users who submit them. Example, this post was a lifesaver for me:

It would be awesome if there were a "repository" of sorts where users in the community could create a sheet to assist in answering a question in the community. Attaching screen shots is nice, but being able to include a link to a live document would be much more useful.
