Hi,
Currently i'm on business plan, and i have 2 paid users, I've converted 3 more users into paid users from provisional membership, please clarify the below points it's very confusing.
1. in attachment 1 it says 0 of 2 members,
2. in attachment no.2 it shows Billable seats 8 and purchased member seats 5, additional seats needed 3 (it didn't updated yet, but i've converted guest users into paid users today only) from yesterday itself it shows like this. in attachment
3. it still says 14 provisional members and additional seats needed is 3,
4. in attachment 4. in seat usage details it says i have 2 member seats, total billable seats 5
and additional seats needed 3,
5. in attachment no. 5 Billing details it says i have to pay 346.69usd on september 7th, is there a link i may receive or where do i pay for this?.

i'm on my annual plan and my next renewal is on next year march, and last date to convert provisional members is sep 7th,
