WorkApps roles in control center

I need a suggestion or a workaround.

I have more than 20 contacts for Recon Approver for multiple selection per cell, and the Smartsheet limit is 20.

I want to add all the contacts so that when I create a new project in Control Center, all the contacts will be able to see the project(s).

Is there another way to accomplish this?

And in the control center under workApps i created a role Recon Approver, see pic

Hi @Morena

You're correct, the current cell-limit for Contacts is 20, which means using that column for provisioning Workapp Roles is max 20 per role.
