Bulk Update Premium App Permissions Issue

Trying to use the 'Bulk Update Premium App Permission' feature.

We received the template, updated it and on the upload we get the below error message:

''To upload this list, make sure everyone in your file has a correctly typed email address'

However we never changed any of the email addresses, simply amended True/False on the app columns where applicable

Hi @Angela Logie!

For your issue I would recommend trying the full process again, and just as a reminder of the steps covered in this help article on Editing users, make sure to:

Go to More Actions > Bulk Update Premium App Permissions…
Select Generate User List. The CSV file will be sent to your email.
Download and open the file. You’ll see all users along with a column for each app role.

To grant a role, type TRUE.
To remove a role, type FALSE.

Save the file, then drag and drop it into the Bulk Update Premium App Permissions window.
Select Update to apply the changes.

A couple of important reminders:

You cannot edit the user type for members that still have a status of Invited. They must accept their invitation first before you can update their properties.
Group Admins or Resource Viewers must be paid users.

If you are sure you have followed all of these steps correctly and the error still appears, the best next step is to reach out to our Support Team so they can troubleshoot with you directly through a private channel.
