In a Report, a non-admin user (eg editor) is allowed to unfreeze / freeze and resize columns. Further, these changes are visible to all users of the report, which is causing confusion, frustration, and a poor user experience in our case.
The proposal is to either:
a) Prevent non-admin users from (un)freezing and resizing columns, or
b) Have user-specific (un)freezing and resizing of columns (so one user's changes do not effect other users, similar to how column sizing works in Dynamic View.)
