Count Days Old and highlight

Update: corrected my formula and i have figured it out! Just had a Syntax error :(

I am trying to count the number of days old for an item based on the a date field I created, and then highlight that row if it is over 7 days old. I know I can use the conditional formatting based off the days old field, i am struggling to get that count number. Can anyone share what formula i would use to count number of days old based off another date field (called "Added")? I appreciate any help.

Hi @DKManley,

Try using this formula:

=Date@row - Added@row

Both columns being compared must be configured as Date Type Columns.

Here's an example of it working.

For today's date minus your other date: =TODAY() - Date@row

Here's an example of it working.

Then create a Conditional Format rule to highlight the cell "Days Old" for any value larger than 7.

And expect this result:

Or this result if Todays date was used.
