Invalid Operation Error on Dashboard but not on Report

Hello,

I am using the Smartsheet Dashboard to communicate production status to colleagues. I have a widget on the dashboard meant to display the overall status of the manufacturing run by pulling the status of the last item on our task tracker (Condition37). The tracker is displaying the correct status, in this example "Early".

My formula was created to allow for an hour +/- buffer before a condition changes to "Late" or "Early".

But the Dashboard, widget set to link to cell Condition37, is coming up with an error.

How do I fix this?
