I have a main webform for clients to enter project initiation info. There are a few different types of projects and forms for these projects. Is there a way to link a webform selection to another webform?

You might consider creating notification rules on your sheet that will automatically email people based on the type of project they choose. You'll want to use a contact field in the form to collect their email address.
You can modify the notification email to include the corresponding form link.
