Iβm a Grant & Development Coordinator at a community-based organization that is also a certified culturally specific behavioral health provider. Our work blends behavioral health, community health services, public health programming, and a cancer support center.
π Background & Smartsheet experience
I began using Smartsheet in August 2025. While Iβm still fairly new to the platform, I bring a hybrid background across healthcare systems and operations β from supporting clinics during COVID-19 to coordinating community health and public health initiatives. I also hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, which guides how I approach process improvement and systems design. That mindset has made Smartsheet a natural fit for my work.
π οΈ How Iβm using Smartsheet today
In just over a year, Iβve designed and build three systems for our organization from the ground up using Smartsheet:

A referral tracking system that care teams use daily, with dashboards leadership reviews to monitor outcomes and progress.

An internal IT request tracker to ensure staff support needs are met.

Grant and program dashboards that senior management relies on for real-time visibility and decision-making.
π€ What Iβd like to learn from peers
Iβm eager to learn how others in healthcare and life sciences are using Smartsheet to strengthen cross-department collaboration, maintain compliance, and support leadership decision-making. Iβd love to see creative ways people are adapting Smartsheet in complex healthcare settings.
