Currently Brandfolder is tagging files as duplicates when they are not. They are similar images however they have different file names and yet one set of assets is tagged as duplicate and deleted.
How does Brandfolder decide what a duplicate is? Can this be changed or tweaked on a client-side level?
I'm not sure how to fix this. Any advice?
