I have an integrated calendar for several teams with all activities listed in one sheet. Users are read only and will provide status updates through email using the update automation.
Due to confidentiality I need to restrict views of certain items to specific teams only. I've created filters, however I can't figure out how to permission each filter to specific teams.
My goal is to provide each team with a calendar only view of activities they are authorized to see. I should note, I currently don't have the Calendar App. I thought of using WorkApps, however it doesn't provide a calendar view - only grid, gantt or card view.
The only thing I could think of create a bunch of new sheets with all the defined views and link them to the master to ensure everything stays in sync. That will be a lot of work and difficult to maintain. There has to be an easier way,
Any suggestions are appreciated
