Index Distinct Support

I would like to parse out this data by creating a listing with a row for each person, for each project they appear on, for each month.

I think this would only give me the groupings anyways, but this doesnt seem to even get me started - it popped up then people have disappeared.

Invalid Value error codes generally mean you mixed your ranges and/or somehow asked for something impossible. It looks like your {all leadership} reference spans multiple columns, try just one column and see what happens.

This is the sheet its referencing - trying to summarize. its a leftover invalid that I need to delete. I was trying to show that it spans multiple columns, which seems to actually work, then disappears. I need to find a distinct list of people that span all of those columns
