I need to add a specific start and end date dependent on which week # is selected in a "request update" form. For example, if "WK40" from the "WEEK #" column is chosen then "Start Date" would be 9/28/2025 and "End Date" would be 10/02/2025. The problem is that this is for a quarterly report, so there would be 14 weeks with start and end dates that would be chosen.
Or is there another way to populate this information?
