We have a Smartsheet Form that our teammates fill out & add attachments for invoice processing.
The form does have conditional logic in it to cover various scenarios. The issue that we've had for a while, is occasionally teammates will get the error when submitting the form .

Sometimes if they wait a few minutes and try again it will go through , or the next day. In some cases if they try a different browser or incognito mode, it will work as well. However, other times it works just fine.
I've looked at the logic within the form and we've removed some fields from the form and sheet over time to try and simplify.
The underlying sheet does have many other fields (some formulas/some automation driven) but haven't identified a root cause since it doesn't happen all the time.
Any suggestions on how i could narrow down the culprit ?
