Dynamic View and Read-Only / Editable fields

Greetings Smartsheet community!

I am working on recreating a dynamic view for a duplicated new fiscal year smartsheet. The DV for the prior fiscal year smartsheet has every single field shown in the Details Panel marked as Read-Only in the field properties. However, 6 of them are still editable when the detail panel displays.

I cannot figure out what is making those 6 fields editable. Any suggestions about how this works or where to check would be greatly appreciated.

What I've done…
1 - I've check the field logic for every field in the dynamic view, but none of them have any field logic applied.
2 - I've checked the smartsheet to see if the columns involved appeared to be special or have automation related to them. They appear to be normal columns.
3 - I did notice that ALL of the affected columns are Drop Down List columns with a list values entered for them.

Hi,

We set our standard so the detail panel only lists items that need to be edited, and the view is items they need to see. This way, a user can't override an item.
