Automatically copy one row when it is the end of the week or end of the month

Hello,

I have created an automation to copy a row at the end of a week or at the end of a month so i can keep a log of all the calculated KPI's.

This has been working for the past year.

Unfortunately it stopped working a month ago for no specific reasons.

Does anyone know what could be the reason?

Has the owner of the destination sheet changed? or any workspace permissions changed? This has caused me issues in the past.

No this has not changed. i am the owner of both sheets and the workspace :-)

Have you tried removing the destination link and re-entering it? (I know, why should you need to….but even so)

The only other thing I can think of (really simple though - I apologise if I am going too basic here) is have your KPI options changed at all?

In this workflow they are providing the condition. No-one has edited the values in that column at all have they? KPI still has Option2, Option4 and Option3 as values? I mean, no-one has "tidied" it up to have spaces or something between the word and the number!??

thank you for your reply. Actually nothing has changed as i am the only one making changes in those files. The KPI's are calculated automatically. i think it happenned when the new platform of Smartsheet got published or …
