Hello, Anyone up for a complicated challenge lol.
I have two sheets: "Account Tracker" and "Portal Issues"
If we run into an issue gaining portal access to an account, we log it on the Portal Issues sheet. We track progress there and once we have portal access, we check the "Resolved" column manually.
We then also manually check the "Account in Vendor Portal" column on the Account Tracker sheet.
Is it possible that when the "Resolved" column on the Portal Issues sheet is checked it automatically checks the same account on the Account Tracker sheet," Account in Vendor Portal" column.
It's not a one for one since only accounts with issues get logged on the Portal Issues sheet. The Account Number is the same across both sheets which could be used as look up data.
In my example, Row 1 on the Portal Issues sheet is the same account as Row 2 on the Account Tracker.
