Hello Smartsheet Development Team,
I’d like to suggest an improvement to the email notification feature when a new project is provisioned in Portfolio WorkApps.
Currently, the email subject line only states:
“You have been assigned to new projects in the [Program Portfolio Name].”
It would be more helpful if the notification email included the specific Project Name in the subject or body. This would make it easier for assignees to quickly identify the project they’ve been assigned to without having to open the email or log into Smartsheet.
This small enhancement would improve clarity, reduce confusion, and save time for project team members.
