Our team uses smartsheet to organize requests for support and to organize our data around the requests and the support that our team provides.
We have several forms that individuals use to request services, complete a self assessment, and agree the terms of our services.
Most of the forms we use work as intended, however, one of the forms consistently directs the user to either sign in or open the app. A vast majority of our clients do not use smartsheet aside from the few forms that we send them.
The form settings are all the same for each and staff permissions are identical.
I cannot figure out how to create links that open in their browsers.
