Conditional Formatting

I have a Smartsheet that has 35 columns each of which has a minimum and maximum value. It would be nice when you are setting up the conditions if you could say, for instance, if Value in XYZ is greater than 300 OR less than 100 apply this formatting.

As it is, I am having to do greater than and less than separately for each column. That would save a good bit of time on large input sheets.

If there is already a way to do this, and I just don't know how, please let me know!
