Undelete and Permissions

Hello, I am in desperate need of help! The AI is not helping so I hope there is some really smart people out there who can!!

PROBLEM

I mistakenly deleted the 4 primary sheets I have created and use daily. I tried to undelete the sheets and it is now telling me I do not have permissions. I was the admin, requested the permissions and it has not come through yet. It has been over two hours.

HISTORY

The sheets I used were originally created under a different email address that I no longer have access to but, I had transferred admin rights from to my current email.

QUESTION

Can someone help me get these sheets undeleted?

Hi @Kevin Feltner,

You must be the Sheet Owner, not just an Admin, to see the file in your Deleted Items. Without contacting Smartsheet Support, there is no way to get them back on your own. It may even be a challenge for them to recover them, but if it's urgent enough for you then it's worth a try. Would be great if you had the Sheet IDs, but that's probably not very likely. Knowing the account they belonged to (the one that "owned" them) should help though.
