Is it possible to set up a workflow that automatically sends a monthly update request to a contact, prompting them to update a document and reattach it — and have the system replace the existing attachment with the new one?
Currently, I send an update request with an attachment. The recipients download the file, make their updates, and reattach it to the task. This adds a new attachment to the row, and I have to manually delete the old one each time.
Is there any way to streamline or automate this process so the new file replaces the old one automatically?
