Two part request
-Allow Browse view to be set as a default - when moving items or work between workspaces you have to be in browse, but everytime you open an item, the Workspace view it triggered which does not allow moving items. Additionally changing to Browser view takes you to the top of a Workspace rather than to the item or folder you were working on.
-Stop defaulting to the top of a Workspace when changing to Browser view
