Custom Alert Message or Restricting Object Creation in Smartsheet

New Smartsheet feature that allows displaying a custom alert message to users when they log in or if there is an option to restrict users from creating new objects like sheets, dashboards, or reports. Currently, I understand that Smartsheet does not support these features. Is it possible these features can be incorporated in Smartsheet.

If I am understanding your post, you want to restrict some user permissions. You can do that by selecting their level of access. Choices include "Viewer" which is a view-only and "Editor" which is to edit data but not change structure or create new items. Hope that helps!
