Index or MATCH formulas

Hello

I think I need an INDEX and MATCH formula. Basically I have 3 lists, broken down into

Region - list of 7 names

ICS - list of 42 names

Trust - list of 100+ names

What I want to do is when I select a Region (ie Midlands), it will then select the ICS list under that Region for me to choose from.

Also when I select the ICS list (ie Black Country) it will give me the list of Trusts for me to choose from

Am I right to assume that I need the 3 lists above (ie Region, ICS and Trust) in a separate Smartsheet sheet?

Hi,

Do you already have this in Smartsheet? I don't think you need three separate sheets. How do you plan to use this so I can help give best solution.
