Hi All
I have created a support request form and sheet to allow functions to request support from my team. When a request comes in, it is assigned a unique support ID number. I then assign the request to a member of the team vias drop down.
I have added an automation to message the requester when a team member has been assigned to their request, but i would like to include the unique support ID in the message, or send them a copy to the sheet row with the message.
Could you please let me know if this is possible and how to do it?
