Hi all,
We have an account on the Business Plan and are using the List Users API to retrieve user details. However, when we make the API call, only a few fields are returned, matching what's documented in the API docs.
Additionally, when we try to use the planId query parameter, the API returns a 502 error with the following response:
"errorCode": 4005,"message": "The Smartsheet API encountered an error for this request. Please contact Support for assistance."
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
- Is there a known resolution?
- Is there a difference in the number of fields or details returned by this API for Business vs. Enterprise accounts?
Any guidance or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!
