I am the admin for our Smartsheet team. I went to add two new people to our account and was informed that the Add Member option had moved to the Seat Types and True Up Page. I was able to add the first person with no issue, as they're just going to be a Viewer, but I wanted to give the second person Provisional Member status and only found the option to select Member or Viewer.
My True-up page has gone up by one and the user is now showing on that list as a Member, which looks like it means we will be charged for their seat during our next invoice which is in 8 days. I thought we were supposed to be able to make people Provisional Members and have a 30-day grace period to test and determine whether a user needs Member status or if they can get by as a Viewer. Is that not an option anymore? If it is, can someone please walk me through how to make this user a Provisional Member instead of a full one?
