Are notifications still firing for the community?

Hello, over the past couple weeks I have noticed that I am no longer getting notifications from the community. Has something been updated or changed? I checked my notification settings and they are all set to send me emails when things are added. But I am no longer seeing those emails and there are no filters in my email blocking or deleting them. Please help!
