Your recent change from the legacy model went unexplained and notice was not provided to admins about this change. Prior viewers could comment without having to be paid members. Then poof gone permissions were reset, and secretly the system tried to give provisional memberships which would increase monthly fees without project admin making those changes!
And this is not right!
There needs to be some additional benefits for viewers. They can view and comment, not edit, or create. Thus, they do not need to be fully paid members OR we can compromise, for every paid member you give us up to (5) viewers that can comment. For a small business, using Smartsheet was an answer to our business needs AND cost effective. Not it no longer is cost effective NOR business optimal to have all paid members to enable simple commenting permissions on the project plans.
Please correct this ASAP to keep us using Smartsheet!
