My proposal is to develop a new menu or panel within Smartsheet that allows users to view all outgoing notifications generated by sheet automations. The idea is to have a centralized space where users can check the history and status of each notification sent.
This panel could include, at a minimum, the following information:
- Name of the automation that triggered the message.
- Date and time sent.
- Recipient of the notification.
- Status of the notification (sent successfully, queued, error, retrying, etc.).
In addition, it would be valuable to incorporate additional features such as:
- Filters by date range, automation, or status to facilitate searching.
- Error details in case of failures to speed up resolution.
- Options for manually resending notifications that could not be delivered.
- Exporting history to Excel/CSV for audits or internal reports.
I believe this improvement would provide greater traceability, operational transparency, and efficiency in managing automations within Smartsheet.

Mi propuesta el desarrollo de un nuevo menú o panel dentro de Smartsheet que permita visualizar todas las notificaciones salientes generadas por las automatizaciones de una hoja. La idea es contar con un espacio centralizado donde se pueda consultar el historial y el estado de cada notificación enviada.
Este panel podría incluir, como mínimo, la siguiente información:
- Nombre de la automatización que disparó el mensaje.
- Fecha y hora de envío.
- Destinatario de la notificación.
- Estado de la notificación (enviada correctamente, en cola, error, reintentando, etc.).
Además, sería valioso incorporar funcionalidades adicionales como:
- Filtros por rango de fechas, automatización o estado, para facilitar la búsqueda.
- Detalle del error en caso de fallos, para acelerar la resolución.
- Opciones de reenvío manual de notificaciones que no pudieron ser entregadas.
- Exportación del historial a Excel/CSV para auditorías o reportes internos.
Considero que esta mejora brindaría mayor trazabilidad, transparencia operativa y eficiencia en la gestión de automatizaciones dentro de Smartsheet.
