I use a lot of automations that send customised email to contacts. These often contain instructions and multiple paragraphs of text. I find the 5 line box very restricting and hard to navigate and view my text to make sure it is accurate. I would also love to be able to have some formatting, such as bullet points, bold, underline, italics as well as the ability to have hyperlinked text in my message.
