Dynamic View - Creating view for "Current User" based on multiple columns.

We currently have a data sheet where monthly we ask users to populate a high level overview blurb for leadership. There are multiple Contact List columns populated with the individuals who may enter the data.

At the moment, I send out a report that has two groups of filter conditions: Project Status is one of "Active" AND (Project Manager has any of Current User OR Product Manager has any of Current User).

Is there a way to recreate that logic in Dynamic View? So far I have found that I can based the view off a sheet filter, but the sheet filters (to my knowledge) do not allow for grouping conditions.

Can you create a helper column that adds together the two Project/Product Manager columns (JOIN COLLECT?) and then also create a sheet filter that filters only to ACTIVE projects? So that way you're restricting view by current user and by sheet filter?

I like that idea, but if I remember correctly Smartsheet currently does not allow JOIN COLLECT formulas to populate a Contact List column.
