Linking to other sheets

Hello -

I'm attempting to create a worksheet that would be our tracking for specific system setup requirements (checking the box that things are complete).  I would also like to be able to allow for approvals, however I don't want each specific field being included on the approval.

I was thinking of linking cells to another sheet that would have specific fields that require approvals - and have only those be included on the approval list.  However, when I link to another sheet, it only links those that are created - not a "Future Link". 

Is there a way to link sheets that would allow linkage to "Future-Used Cells"?

Hi,

You don't need to link the cells if i understand you correctly. You can select what fields you wan't to include in the approval.

Can the specific fields be included on the worksheet? Is that ok?
