How to link to data in one sheet and transpose the data in a new shieet

I have a sheet that has data displayed both horizontal and vertical. The primary data is horizontal (date) with information below each date, 4 rows of data. After the data the dates for the next set of data is horizontal with information below it vertical.

That data changes and I want to create a link from a sheet with a differet format that transposes the dates to be vertical instead of horizontal and the data to be verticle. The data in the first sheet can change periodically and I want that to automatically update the second sheet.

I am not finding a good way to transpose the data.

When you say the data can "Change Periodically", what do you mean exactly?

For example, if that initial sheet will always have four columns and three rows but sometimes a row or a column may not be complete, your "translation to horizontal data" could as simple as a few rows of formulas on that same sheet to translate the data accordingly and then an automation to copy that newly formatted data to another sheet.

If, however you mean some days there will be 4 columns and three rows and the next there might be 6 columns and 5 rows, the solution would be more difficult. Still not impossible, but definitely more difficult.

This could most certainly be accomplished using some "Helper Columns or Rows" and possibly a "Helper Grid" to do the sorting of the information between "Document A" and "Document B". But more information about the true variability of your source data is needed to help find the most efficient solution.
