Summary Sheet & Metric Widget

I have a summary sheet that the formulas look fine on, and were working well, but, after the first of the year, the fields are showing up as either invalid operation or blocked. What would cause this? Below is what is showing when I try to pull the sheet summary to use for the widget.

This is what I am seeing in the actual sheet summary. Completions this week formula

=COUNTIF([Requested This Week?]:[Requested This Week?], "Yes")

average completion day formula

=AVG(COLLECT([# of Days: Request to Complete]:[# of Days: Request to Complete], [Approved this Week?]:[Approved this Week?], "Yes"))

Does it have anything to do with going into a new year?

If it is not showing an error in the sheet, but it is showing an error in the dashboard, I would double check the source of the widget to see exactly where the widget is getting its data from.

If it is in fact getting it from the sheet summary fields, the sheet summary field is showing a number, but the dashboard is showing an error, it sounds like there may be an issue with the back-end that you would need to reach out to support to resolve.

Is there even one cell in any of the columns referenced displaying an error? If so, we would want to start there.

No and it was working before the holidays. I even added an IFERROR to the formula in the summary sheet. The value in the summary sheet is correct. It is just not showing up on the dashboard.

So it is working in the sheet but displays the error on a dashboard?

Yes it is displaying correctly in the summary sheet but gives the error on the dashboard. I tried adding an IFERROR to the formula in the summary sheet. The requests per week didn't show invalid operation any more, but it didn't give the correct data either. It should have returned a value of 5 but it showed zero. So that didn't help any. And again, I didn't originally write these formulas. I am just trying to help fix whatever is causing the errors.

So it is pulling from the summary sheet fields, with the sheet summary showing a number but the dashboard an error. I will reach out to SS support.
