Form link

Hi - I have a form created, and want to embed the link on our corporate website.

I would like to know what will cause the link address to change, ie. does changing/editing the form cause the link to change?  (and then I would need to get the webmaster to update the link).

The link doesn't change if you edit the form. It will continue to work perfectly for your company.
