Hi everyone, my name is Danielle, and I have been working in Pharma and Healthcare for > 25 years. I am the Principal L&D Trainer for Syneos Health a CRO and am now using Smartsheet every day to automate and map the Controlled Documents pre-release list to the business units LMS Audiences for simplified Training review and auditable documentation of training requirements. We are working to enhance and add in an AI component to assist with extracting Functions and Roles from the CDs.
I am excited to join this group and hear about what others are doing in this industry space with Smartsheet.
